Reading on Depression

Most people regard depression as a psychological imperfection, as close to describing crazy but in a subtle way. While it is, by definition, a mental disturbance characterized by a pessimistic state of inadequacy1, depression is just another state of mind. It is, as one writer said, "knowing the difference between reality and perception". Though in most cases, the negated state of mind overpowers logical thinking.
